Medication Refills
Please be aware that prescription requests must be sent by Thursday at 4pm in order to be processed prior to the weekend. No refill requests will be processed over the weekend. Our office staff works diligently to ensure that all medication requests are processed as soon as possible. In order to get the fastest turnaround time on refill requests, please call your pharmacy and have them fax a prescription refill request. Our fax number is 708-633-4531. All refills given between appointments will incur an out-of-pocket fee of $35 unless the reason for needing a refill is due to our office rescheduling your appointment or for controlled substances that Dr. Fernald agreed to fill prior to the next appointment.
